Quickly about

This site serves several purposes, with the overall aim to engage in current environmental and world development issues.

This is where I write down my musings on how we might make the world a better place for everyone we share it with.

I will also promote various groups, organisations, companies, etc. that work toward improving our environment, describe what they do, what they strive for, and why we should help spread their words.

Finally, I hope to encourage you to do the same!

The blog title is a pun on the novel The Bluest Eyes by Toni Morrison, which basically addresses racism in the United States; my title refers to the white polar ice caps that are melting into blue water as we speak.

My other blog

Weird and Wonderful – about my life as a young paleontology student (paleontology is the study of extinct organisms, so dinosaurs and other absolutely awesome creatures from the past!)

Project partner blog

A Little Blog About Words

This is my good friend and open-mindeness project partner Hanna's blog, which is primarily about her insights and inspiration through her journey toward becoming a professional writer! Passionate yet cozy writing – strongly recommended!

The Natural Planet

The Natural Planet is an up-to-date online magazine about environmental issues, written and composed by students at the University of Bristol.

I have contributed with a few articles about what we could learn from prehistoric times.
